In binary code, the 0 means "off" and the 1 means "on".
So, starting in the wee hours, 'on' 1:11 am (on+on+on), make a wish. Then 'on' 11:11 am (on+on+on+on) make another wish. Then 'on' 11:11 pm (on+on+on+on) make your third wish 'on' 1-11-2011.
